TLP267J & TLP268J Photo Triac Output Photocouplers

Toshiba TLP26xJ High Voltage Isolation & Low Trigger Current Triac Photocouplers feature 3mA max. trigger LED current, 600VDRM peak off-state voltage, and 3750VRMS isolation voltage. The TLP267J consists of a non-zero crossing functionary (NZC) and the TLP268J of a zero crossing functionary (ZC). Both are optically coupled to an infrared LED. These devices guarantee a minimum creepage distance of 5mm, a minimum clearance of 5mm, and a minimum insulation thickness of 0.4mm. They meet the reinforced insulation class requirements of international safety standards. Toshiba TLP267J and TLP268J are designed for use in triac drivers, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), AC-output modules, and solid-state relays.
