Analog Devices Inc. AD9152 16-Bit TxDAC+ DAC
Analog Devices AD9152 dual, 16-Bit TxDAC+ Digital-to-Analog Converter (DAC) with a maximum sample rate of 2.25GSPS permits a multicarrier generation up to the Nyquist frequency. AD9152's DAC outputs are optimized to interface seamlessly with ADI's analog quadrature modulators (AQMs). An optional 3-wire or 4-wire serial port interface (SPI) delivers programming/readback of many internal parameters. Designers can program full-scale output current over a range of 4mA to 20mA. The programmable transmit enable function allows an easy design balance between power consumption and wake-up time. AD9152's advanced low spurious and distortion design techniques offer a high-quality synthesis of wideband signals from baseband to high intermediate frequencies. With its small package size and ultrawide signal bandwidth, the AD9152 dual, 16-Bit TxDAC+ DAC is ideally suited for emerging wideband and multiband wireless applications including multicarrier LTE & GSM base stations, wideband repeaters, software-defined radios, point-to-point microwave radios, LMDS/MMSD, transmit diversity, multiple-input/multiple-output (MIMO), instrumentation, and automated test equipment.Features
