Analog Devices Inc. HMC7543 E-Band Power Amplifier

Analog Devices HMC7543 E-Band Power Amplifier operates from 71GHz to 76GHz. The HMC7543 is an integrated Gallium Arsenide (GaAs), pseudomorphic (pHEMT), and Monolithic Microwave Integrated Circuit (MMIC) amplifier with an on-chip power detector. This medium power amplifier exhibits excellent linearity and is optimized for E-band communications and high-capacity wireless backhaul radio systems. The HMC7543 amplifier provides 21.5dB power gain and 25dBm output power at 1dB compression. The amplifier configuration and high gain make it ideal for the last stage of signal amplification.
