Analog Devices Inc. LTM46xx µModule Regulators are system-in-package (SiP) power management solutions with integrated DC-DC controllers, inductors, power transistors, compensation components, input and output capacitors in a compact, surface-mount BGA or LGA package. The LTM46xx µModule Regulators support functions such as Step-Down (buck), Step-Up (boost), and Step-Down and Step-Up (buck-boost), and are available with a wide range of features. Select products are low-EMI solution compliant with EN55022 class B standards, CISPR 22 (Class B) & CISPR 25 (Class 5). - Digital Power System Management
- Control and monitor the switching regulator through a PMBus/SMBus/I2C Bus digital interface. The control and monitor functions include the following:
- Output voltage monitoring trimming, sequencing, and margining
- Current monitor
- Temperature monitor

- Tightly controlled voltage accuracy
- Remote debugging
- Fault reporting and logging
- Fast reaction to faults
- Control and monitor the switching regulator through a PMBus/SMBus/I2C Bus digital interface. The control and monitor functions include the following:

- Integrated magnetics and operate from a higher input voltage
- High-Power, Precision-Current Sharing
- Parallel several μModule regulators to deliver high power to a load with a uniform distribution of load current
- Ultra-low Noise
- Includes onboard filters and is EN55022 class B certified
- Tune-a-μModule Regulator
- Gain access to internal compensation of a μModule regulator and tune loop response to obtain the highest output voltage accuracy, fast transient response, and minimum output capacitance for powering FPGAs, ASICs and microprocessors
- Multiple Output
- 5, 4, 3, or 2 output μModule regulators allow current sharing of outputs to increase load current and ON/OFF or sequencing of each output
- Ultrathin Packages
- Fits on the backside of the PCB or next to an FPGA or ASIC sharing the same heat sink or cold plate
