LTM4633/LTM4634 Triple Output Step-Down DC/DC μModule Regulators have three switching mode DC/DC converters in one space-saving, thermally enhanced 15mm × 15mm × 5.01mm BGA package. The current mode architecture and high switching frequency permit a fast transient response to line and load changes without sacrificing stability.
