Broadcom HSMx-A10x Surface Mount LED indicators
Avago HSMx-A10x Surface Mount LED indicators are packaged in the industry standard PLCC-2 package. These are LEDs provide high-reliability performance and are designed to work with a wide range of environmental conditions.
The HSMx-A10x LEDs are compatible with IR solder reflow process. Due to the high reliability feature of these products, they can also be mounted using through-the-wave soldering process.
The 120° super wide viewing angle makes the HSMx-A10x ideally suited for panel, push button, or general backlighting in automotive interior, office equipment, industrial equipment, and home appliances.
