CEL PS9505 / PS9505L3 Photocouplers

CEL PS9505 and PS9505L3 photocouplers are optically coupled isolators containing a GaAIAs LED on the input side and a photodiode, a signal processing circuit, and a power output transistor on the output side on one chip. The CEL PS9505 and PS505L3 photocouplers are designed for high common mode transient immunity, high output current, and high switching speed. These CEL photocouplers are suitable for driving IGBTs and MOSFETs. The PS9505 comes in a plastic DIP package. The PS9505L3 is a lead bending type (Gull-wing) for surface mounting.
