KYOCERA AVX TAJ Tantalum Capacitors
KYOCERA AVX TAJ Standard Tantalum Capacitors are general-purpose chip capacitors available in case sizes 1206, 1210, 2312, 2917, and 2924. These SMT capacitors feature a standard capacitance range of 0.10µF to 2200µF and voltage range of 2.5V to 50V and an automotive capacitance range of 0.22µF to 680µF and voltage range of 6.3V to 50V. KYOCERA AVX TAJ Standard Tantalum Capacitors are lead free and RoHS compliant. Low profile and AEC-Q200 options are available.
