EVAL-IMM101T-015 Starter Kit

EVAL-IMM101T-015 Starter Kit is an evaluation and prototyping platform for the iMOTION™ IMM101T-015M Intelligent Power Modules (IPM). The featured IMM101T-015M device is part of the iMOTION IMM100 series and offers full 3-phase inverter functionality, including motor controller, 3-phase gate driver, and a MOSFET-based power stage, in an extremely compact 12mm x 12mm PQFN package. This Starter Kit is part of the iMOTION Modular Application Design Kit (MADK) platform which, together with additional MADK Control and Power boards, creates a wide portfolio of 3-phase inverter options with scalable power ratings and operating voltages.
