EVAL-1ED020I12-B2 Evaluation Board

Infineon Technologies EVAL-1ED020I12-B2 Evaluation Board was developed to show the functionalities and key features of the 1ED020I12-B2 IGBT gate driver. This also applies to the 1ED020I12-F2. The 1ED020I12-B2 is a galvanic isolated single-channel IGBT driver IC. The IC features CT technology for 600V/1200V IGBTs.
