SMLJ-R Transient Voltage Suppressor Diodes

Bourns SMLJ-R Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) Diodes are designed for surge and Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) protection in a compact chip package DO-214AB (SMC) size format. These TVS diodes feature a working peak reverse voltage range of 12V to 30V, a breakdown voltage of up to 36.8V, and a peak pulse power of 3000W. Typical fast response times are less than 1ps for unidirectional devices and less than 5ps for bidirectional devices, from 0V to the minimum breakdown voltage.
