Yellow-green, yellow, orange, red, green, and blue options are available. These LEDs operate within a -40°C to +85°C temperature range with 20mA or 30mA forward currents. The SMLS1 Mono-Color Standard Chip LEDs are ideal for display unit light sources in industrial applications.

SML-S15R2TT86 IR LED

ROHM Semiconductor SML-S15R2TT86 IR LED features narrow directivity, high brightness, and availability of reverse mounting. This infrared emitter LED is available with a surface mount lens and level 3 moisture sensitivity. The SML-S15R2TT86 LED operates at -40°C to 85°C temperature range and 20mA forward current. This IR LED offers 1.4V forward voltage, 100mW power dissipation, 12mW/sr typical radiant intensity, and 870nm wavelength.
