Broadcom ASMT-QxBD Super 0.5W Surface Mount LED Indicators offer a bright 0.5W PLCC-4 SMT LED designed to optimize products for backlighting, auto illumination, decorative lighting, cabin lighting, and other applications. Broadcom ASMT-QxBD 0.5W SMT LEDs are available in cool white, warm white, blue, green, red, red-orange, and amber.
These Broadcom 0.5 LEDs feature low thermal resistance of 40°C/W and a super wide 120° viewing angle. The ASMT-QxBD series provides a longer life time with minimum degradation due to enhanced silicone resin material.
