iBASE Technology RM-N8MMI SMARC™ 2.0 CPU Module is based on the NXP Semiconductors Arm® Cortex®-A53 i.MX 8M Mini Quad 1.6GHz industrial-grade applications processor. Compatible with the RP-103-SMC SMARC 2.0 Carrier Board, the RM-N8MMI Module is an ideal solution for multimedia and IoT applications that require low power and high performance.

The compact 82mm x 50mm iBASE Technology RM-N8MMI CPU module features the Vivante GC 320 GPU, a 2GB soldered LPDDR4, and up to 64GB eMMC flash memory. Extensive I/O options include one GbE, two USB 2.0 with OTG interface, one MIPI CSI-2 for image capture, four UART, two SPI, two I2S, two SPI, and one PCI-E (x1) Gen2.
