Infineon Technologies BTS7080-2EPA Daughter Board
Infineon Technologies BTS7080-2EPA Daughter Board includes a BTS7080-2EPA high-side switch and is compatible with the PROFET™+2 12V motherboard. This daughter board provides a quick pick-and-place solution for lab evaluations. The board is also optimized for design flexibility across the family with pin-to-pin and external component compatibility. The BTS7080-2EPA board features a diagnosis function involving load current sense output. Additional features include a 50% reduced internal operating current composition, low ≤0.5μA low output leakage current, and a 3.1V to 28V operating voltage range. The BTS7080-2EPA board is well-suited for use in body, lighting, and power distribution applications.
