Microchip Technology Xplained CryptoAuthentication XPRO Extension Kits

Microchip Technology CryptoAuthentication XPRO Extension Kits are development tools that allow the evaluation and demonstration of Microchip CryptoAuthentication Devices in either 8-pin SOIC or 8-pin UDFN packages. The CryptoAuthentication XPRO Extension Kits are designed to attach to any Microchip Microcontroller Evaluation Board that supports the XPRO Interface.

Microchip CryptoAuthentication Devices offer hardware-based ultra-secure key storage to ensure a product with the consumables it uses, firmware it runs, accessories that support it, and the network nodes it connects to are not cloned, counterfeited, or tampered with. Keeping products genuine helps maintain a customer revenue flow by ensuring that only legitimate products can work with the host system. Microchip offers a wide selection of authentication devices featuring hardware-based root of trust storage and cryptographic countermeasures that can fight off even the most aggressive attacks. Attackers do not see secret keys stored in protected hardware.
