STMicroelectronics STEVAL-MKI250KA Biosensor Evaluation Kit
STMicroelectronics STEVAL-MKI250KA Biosensor Evaluation Kit consists of an ad hoc PCB with a pre-mounted ST1VAFE3BX biosensor. The ST1VAFE3BX biosensor features a vertical analog front-end (vAFE) for biopotential signals and an ultra-low-power accelerometer with AI and anti-aliasing. The kit's board contains the complete ST1VAFE3BX pinout and the required decoupling capacitors on VDD and VDDIO power supply lines, STEVAL-MKE006A, and STEVAL-MKE007A electrode boards. When the STEVAL-MKE007A electrode board is used, an ECG cable with a 3.5mm phone jack can facilitate connection. The kit allows users to show the functionalities of the biopotential device as an ECG signal, for example. The kit includes a high-performance 32-bit microcontroller (MCU) that functions as a bridge between the sensor and a PC. This MCU enables the use of the downloadable graphical user interface (MEMS Studio) or dedicated software routines for customized applications. The STMicroelectronics STEVAL-MKI250KA kit is compatible with the STEVAL-MKI109V3 and STEVALMKI109D motherboards. The kit can also be plugged into other boards like STEVAL-MKBOXPRO and XNUCLEO-IKS4A1.
